It’s the weekend

Fr some reason last week felt like it was never going to end! The fact that I spent so much time working on a presentation partly explains why if felt like that, the fact that I was working 12 and 13 hours days also contributed. Still, it’s now the weekend and I can spend time with my family. My son has been really poorly and it’s difficult when you work in a different part of the country as I spent a large part of the week worrying about him and at the same time feeling bad that I couldn’t be there for him and to support my wife. There is a real downside to living as we do but the upside is that my son is growing up in a lovely little village close to my wife’s family.

Next week is shaping up to be equally crazy as we have our annual banana review and board meeting on the same day, I also have a lot to do in preparation for our April launch as well as some work on a couple of trials which will be kicking off in early April.
