It was an uneventful drive down this morning and now I’m in the office getting ready for a busy day of meetings which kick off at 9am with our weekly support team briefing, this was a tradition during my time at Pret and something which we do every week as it gives the support team an insight into the numbers and an update on the progress of projects which are designed to help drive sales and improve the business.
