After a (thankfully) uneventful journey down to London I’m now sat at my desk ready to go through my usual Monday ritual, this involes ploughing through assorted emails and then reviewing last week’s notes to make sure that I haven’t forgotten anything before having a look at the diary for this week. This usually takes me between 60 and 90 minutes but I consider this to be time well spent as it gets me ready for the week ahead.
Also part of the Monday ritual is our weekly head office team brief which is then followed by our weekly internal communications meeting where each memeber of the support team talks everyone through their particular projects which ensure that everyone is up to speed with what’s going on and in a place to provide assistance to the project owner if required.
