One area where we need to do more work is sweet treats, you can be indulgent and still relatively healthy and the success of the Skinny Bakery products since launch have shown that if we get the right product at a reasonable price then our customers respond positively.
So we plan to trial several variety of raw and vegan cakes in early May and it will be interesting to gauge customer response to them. Having tasted them I can confirm that they really are delicious
