I’m driving into work today as I’m heading home this afternoon.

It’s been a funny old week with a number of challenges thrown our way, it’s nothing that we can’t handle but it just means a reduction of resources available to deal with the day job.

We are heading into our busiest months of the year so our focus has now shifted to speed of service
