I’m back in the office after my usual drive down from Cheshire, my early start means that I rarely encounter any traffic so I have a hassle free journey.
Monday’s are all about meetings and internal communications, making sure that the support center team know what’s going on and are working together to achieve their goals. The most important meeting of the day is the one where the senior team get together to look at and discuss the key issues affecting the business, it’s very much a decision making forum as I’m happiest when I am consulting with my team, having a new FD on board means that we have a fresh pair of eyes looking at the business and I intend to derive the maximum benefit from this
