Over the last few days I’ve been speaking to our managers about our wildly important goal and about the lead actions which will help us delivery this goal. Over the next few weeks we will be working really hard to engage the whole business so that everyone single person employed by us knows what our goal is and more importantly understands the important part that they will have to play in helping us achieve our goal.
Today is going to be a full day, starting with a breakfast meeting with our bankers to introduce our new CFO to them and then continuing with one to ones with members of the head office team
