Strategy day

Once a year, the senior team gets together to review and amend our three year plan and this year will be no different. On a macro level there has been a lot going on and today gives us an opportunity to sit down and review how the various changes my impact our medium term plan.

Things remain pretty much on track for the moment however no one on the team is feeling complacent about the future, we have a strong brand which is very much on trend and I also feel that the work carried out on getting closer to our customers has really paid off but today gives us the chance to see what else we could/should be doing to strengthen the brand.

As allows our key challenge will be to drive profitable sales from the core estate and for me this is all about the quality/newness of our products and improvements to our service standards. 

Obviously I don’t want to give too much away but i will be blogging in general terms about some of our plans in the coming months
