Heading South

I’m up early but not as early as usual as I’m taking the train to London, it’s an easier trip and I get a load more admin time than usual.

I’m only down in London for a couple of days as I have more hospital appointments at the back end of the week.

I have a packed diary today because as well as the usual Monday meetings I have some planning to do for next week
