I’m staying in central London this morning so I have the luxury of a reasonably short commute which means I can have a lie in. Yesterday was a really productive day, despite the rain sales held up well and we had a really good session on new food and all things being well we will have some new products on trial in a week or so.
Today is our strategy day so I will shortly be heading over to LDC’s offices in the west end ahead of the meeting. We are going to be in there all day and I’m really looking forward to exchanging ideas with the rest of the board. We have put together a solid slide deck which will form the basis of discussion and I am expecting to emerge from the meeting with some solid outputs.
The rest of this week is going to be devoted to one to ones with the team and finalising the food trial.
