It’s early and whilst most people are still tucked up in bed I’m sat on a London Midland train heading south. I’m busy working (or at least I was until I stopped to pull this post together) with most of my focus being on preparation for tomorrow’s board meeting.
On today’s agenda are our weekly communication meeting and senior team meeting along with some store visits over lunch time.
