After day in the office yesterday I’m out in shops today, starting with a review of how we serve breakfast. Our breakfast range has been a huge success which has doubled our breakfast business but we believe that there is more to come and that by speeding up our service we can increase sales.
We are planning some tweaks to our breakfast range in our final launch of the year which is quite exciting.
After my breakfast meeting I’m planning to visit a number of shops before meeting up with one of our area managers, I also plan to pop into Tower 42 and see how things are progressing ahead of our soft launch tomorrow.
I end the day with a food meeting as we sort out our trials for the coming year.
