After yesterday’s marathon session I’m taking things slightly easier today. I am carrying out a couple more mystery shopper visits for a brand I hope to be working with shortly. I visited one of their units yesterday and Wes really impressed by the concept. In a world of cookie cutter, “me too” brands it was great to see someone doing something truly unique and very different and this (in my opinion) will stand them in good stead during what is going to be a tough year for the sector.
I officially start with ChangePlease next week and I am looking forward to the opportunity. We have plan in place for the next few months and for the moment it’s very much back to basics in terms of my approach.
