The weather is pretty rubbish and or course here in the UK we are struggling to hand,e the bad weather. This obviously has a knock on effect on sales as we have had a not great week which is disappointing as the last few weeks have seen our sales grow.
One of the things that has really excited me recently is how well the people who have been promoted have done. Their passion and enthusiasm is rubbing off on the whole team and everyone has a spring in their step, the culture of the business has been transformed and I am really proud of everyone who contributed
