I’m on a train heading to Birmingham where my car is parked on the first leg of my journey home. It’s been an exciting, fast paced week. I have seen my 12th store, met three area managers, hired a new head of training and brand standards and met a number of managers and team members.
We are steadily building some momentum within the business which is fantastic
We had a first senior team Friday call today which was a chance for all of us to update each other on things we have been working on and our priorities fo the following week.
