The new menu went down better than we could ever have hoped for with the rest shop team. I’m truly blown away it their enthusiasm and receptiveness to the planned changes.
We start our trial at the beginning of May and we will be testing both our managers and teams reactions along with those of our customers. I have my fingers crossed!
