Good morning

I’m up nice and early and about to jump on my treadmill for a (slow) workout. I’m my fitter days I was burning off hundreds of calories doing this but for the moment I will content myself with getting some fitness back.

I have work to do today, compiling the running order for the managers conference and some other stuff. After my mammoth admin session on Friday I’m going to be starting the week with a clear inbox and a relatively short to do list which when you are a completer finisher like me is quite gratifying
