I enjoy working in fast paced environments which is just as well given the pace at which things are moving here at Pat Val.
We are close to appointing a head of people who I am looking forward to working closely with. We are also working on bringing in an in house recruiter as well as an NPD person.
We have finally sorted out our weekly reporting and have made some big strides forward in introducing a stock control system.
We have kicked off a project which will ensure that our window displays really wow our customers and have done some good work on our weekly ordering process.
I have a week off now and am spending time with my family ahead of my fathers funeral, I will still be posting things but maybe not as regularly as usual
