I have a catch up day planned with no meetings and no distractions as I still have a pile of emails to deal with and an extensive to do list to work my way through.

We have the operations managers meeting to prepare for and the conference which is next week to also prepare for so lots happening.

We have our new menu launching on the 3rd of July plus we have been doing some work on our patisserie range the results of which you will also see on the 3rd July.
