I had a really enjoyable day yesterday, I interviewed three strong candidates for the NPD role, had a really interesting Q&A session which was recorded for a podcast and finally had the opportunity to catch up with some old Pret colleagues at the Directors Club dinner which this time around was at the Mandarin Oriental in Knightsbridge.
It was good to be talking about some of the positive stuff that we have been doing at Pat Val and there were some good questions from the audience.
As the title says, I’m back in the office today as I have a number of meetings on the agenda plus some catching up of admin to do.
