Pat Val seems to be constantly in the news at the moment, mainly for the wrong reasons. I’m not expecting the business to escape its recent past anytime soon but as a team we are working hard to focus attention back to all the good things that we are doing.
Next week sees the launch of a new menu as well as a change in direction on cakes. We are putting the butter back into the pastry (not my line but I’m going to use it anyway) and generally focus on the quality of our products. We want the brand to return to being a great patisserie and we want people to really enjoy an indulgent treat.
We plan to do quite a bit of in store sampling of our new products and are hoping that we receive a positive response from our customers.
