Wednesday sees the launch of our new menu, it represents a step forward as we work towards making the brand relevant again. We will also be changing a lot of our patisseries, using better quality ingredients and improving their looks.
No menu change of this size is without a certain amount of risk and we are planning quite a big PR and in store sampling campaign which will wow our customers and engage their interest in our new products.
As a business we are all excited about the upcoming changes and are going to be working hard to get the message out that Pat Val is back!
