We launched our range of vegan cakes on Monday and I’m really pleased at how the sales are growing and pleased at the really positive reaction of our customers. We have another mini product launch to come ahead of our winter menu which will be out by the end of October.
I’m pretty certain that any revival of Patisserie Valerie will have newness and product innovation at its forefront. My belief is that in order to thrive in a very crowded market, brands need to have an “edge” to do things slightly differently and to offer customers a realistic alternative to other brands. I joined Pat Val because I thought that with some work the brand could do all of these things.
