Back to the present

After a short while allowing myself to reflect on past mistakes my attention now turns to the future and the work required to ensure that Patisserie Valerie retains a place in the high street. Now that we have our our time and attendance and stock control systems in place my thoughts have turned to how we best deliver our Autumn menu.

Ongoing is our efforts to improve the performance of our managers and we are close to announcing our updated training plan.
