It’s been a long day but a valuable one as I have had the chance to see a number of shops and gain a better understanding of the challenges which they face. Today has provided me with lots of food for thought. Today has also reminded me how hard our teams work and how much they have been through in such a short space of time.
I really am grateful for their commitment and passion for the business.
