It’s good to talk

I had the pleasure of giving our store managers an update via conference call yesterday which went pretty well apart from someone who didn’t understand why they needed to put their phone on mute!

It’s important that our teams understand that we are on a journey which has a number of staging posts, the reason why understanding this is important is that people need to keep their focus on the end game and not get distracted by the ups and downs along the way.

We are a couple of weeks away from the launch of our Autumn/Winter menu and I’m really proud of what my team has achieved. The new whole thing has been pulled together in six weeks. I’m hopeful that our costumers will like it!
