I’m having a quiet weekend as next week is shaping up to be rather frantic. We have completed the work on our new menu and it’s now simply a case of finalising the layout of the menu.
We are sill on track to launch this at the end of the month although you can never be sure about print runs etc.
We start the training for the new menu next week and have a session scheduled for our operations managers as we believe that as gatekeepers of our standards the will play a crucial role in the “picture perfect” deliver of our dishes to our customers.
