Where am I? Ah yes, Portsmouth! I’m about to embark on a day out with one of my area managers and will be visiting stores where we launched the first of our new menus. Initial feedback has been positive so I have my fingers crossed!
The board meeting went really well and we heard presentations from our heads of property and people, both of whom did a great job. It’s a pleasure working with good people and really motivating.
We are finalising details for our main menu launch so I was up till late last night then up again early this morning getting ahead of myself.
