It’s been a hell of a week! Yesterday was spent visiting stores and checking in the implementation of some of our new products. We have had a few small issues but nothing which is not easily fixable.
There is so much going on across different departments and it’s easy to become overwhelmed by everything. As one of the leaders of the business my job is to stay across enough of the detail to ensure that I don’t get any nasty surprises further down the line whilst at the same time making sure that I rise above the chaos and being a calming influence- this means that any frustrated “box kicking” needs to be done well away don’t the rest of the business!
