Our new menu launch party at the Groucho Club went really well. Attending the event was a mix of the press, suppliers, members of the Pat Val team, influencers and some customers who won a Facebook competition. People got to try some of our new patisserie plus our new croque and veggie croque. There was a fair bit of positive feedback and we are hoping to garner some positive press from the event. I spent quite a bit of time talking to to various journalists and it was great to be able to talk about the future of the business as opposed to well known recent events.
I’m back down to London today for a meeting before heading back to Birmingham for various one to ones
