I’ve had such a hectic couple of weeks that I’ve ended up not doing a great deal this weekend. This has enabled me to take time to reflect upon things and hopefully derive some learning from what has gone before, this learning will hopefully be applied to the future and help me avoid making some of the the mistakes of the past.
Mock tails are rather in trend and here is an example of a gin based non alcoholic drink which actually tasted quite nice.
