I’m waiting for some tangible progress on a couple of projects. One was moving along quite nicely then all of a sudden….nothing. Let’s just say that this is the last time I will be dealing with a particular firm of valuers.
We are still pursuing our ambition of setting up a pub company and now have an investor deck and indicative financials ready. We are also about to issue heads of terms on our first potential acquisition.
I’m not keen on uncertainty but I will just have to posses myself with patience!
