Business Turnaround

Today, my thoughts are turning towards my own fledgling consultancy practice and the type of work which I have been getting. For the most part it’s small business growth work as I help founders scale their businesses but I do specialise in business turn around, BHS, Vital Ingredient and Patisserie Valerie are all examples where I “ran into a burning building” and managed to gain some traction.
