Health Kick

After too many years looking like Mr Blobby, I resolved to do something about my weight (not for the first time) and have actually made some progress. I’ve lost 21 pounds which isn’t bad going but which is unfortunately a bit of a drop in the ocean. Still, it’s a start and I’m going to celebrate this minor success and double my efforts to get slimmer. One byproduct of this diet is that I am eating healthier and taking a number of supplements which are making me feel better. There is long way to go on this particular journey but having made a start I feel that I have a chance of completing it.
