I’m afraid that it’s been a while since I last treated you all to an update! Ok, “treated” is probably the wrong word but you catch my drift. I’ve been silent partly because I am been more than a little busy and partly because given the confidential nature of what I have been working on I haven’t had a whole lot to write about. I’m afraid I’m still at that stage so updates may well be a little scarce in the coming week although I will try to do a little better that last week.
It’s coming to a year since I concluded my stint with Patisserie Valerie and time seems to have flown by. I have had a reasonably successful year as a consultant and whilst I haven’t become rich during this time I have paid the bills and earned a decent living which given everything that has been going on within hospitality and the wider economy is something that I am proud of.
I’m with the Saylalala team for the day having a review plus I have a number of phone calls to make.
