It’s going to be raining all day which isn’t great but the weather gives me the opportunity to prepare for tomorrow. I will be making an announcement to the head office team at 9am and then sending out an update to the rest of the AMT team. I also plan to have a zoom call with the bar managers on Tuesday and Wednesday. I will also be speaking to the trade press during the early part of the week.
I also plan to clear the decks in terms of admin and email today as I suspect that the start of next week is going to be hectic and somewhat intense although things should settle down during the latter part of the week.
