At full capacity

As a consultant, filling my week with fee paying projects is something of a priority (it certainly is for me!) and I’m delighted to have reached this stage a couple of months after completing my last project. I had originally wanted to take things a little easy ahead of Christmas but as offers of work have come in I decided to take on the work as it’s very uncertain times for hospitality at the moment and you never know how things turn out.

I’m also delighted to be working on projects which both interest and excite me, projects where I believe that I can add real value. I’m also working with clients who can be persuaded, this hasn’t always been the case. I never try and make an argument from authority, but instead I use my knowledge and experience to construct a fact based argument and then put this across as positively as possible. It’s then up to the client to make their decision and I will generally back their decision and do my best to make it work.
