After a day spent mostly in the cold attending various Alex related events I’m glad to be working from home today. At the moment I am technically only working four days a week but in practice it never works out like this.
Today I’m busy catching up and planning for the rest of the week and whilst also doing some work for Change Please. From the new year I will also be doing some additional work for Karak Chaii and I need to do some planning for this as it’s important to me that I deliver maximum value for them.
I find that juggling various projects fun but at the same time this requires careful planning and constant review to ensure that I complete my objectives and don’t short change any of my clients.
