
I’m super pleased with our first “professional” LinkedIn post. It’s way better than my rather amateurish efforts and has received a lot more traction than my others post that went up on our business page.
Obviously as we grow, I need to to think about how we get organised, how we bill clients and how we pay associates and in simple terms I need to figure out how I will stay on top of the day to day running of the practice along with servicing my current clients. I have a VA starting this month which will be hugely helpful.
There is still a lot to sort out before we can be really slick but we have made progress in most areas
