The weekend

After the highs of Thursday, Friday was my worst day in BHS to date. A couple of silly and avoidable errors have had an adverse impact on what the food team is trying to achieve.

To top it all my car broke down which meant that I finally arrived at my patents house at 10pm

You win some and you lose some! The important thing now is to ensure that we don’t make similar mistakes going forward
