I am spending most of today working with L&D to put together some skills based training courses as this is something which we lack. The first thing that I want to introduce is managing by walking around as at the moment there isn’t much thought going into running a great shift.
Apart from training I have a meeting with out CEO regarding my business plan.
I also need to find time to get ready for the arrival of my family on Friday morning.
