Board Meeting

We have our first post deal “informal” board meeting today with a packed agenda which will be heavily fo used only putting together together our 100 day plan. This is pretty standard stuff for PE backed deals and what it will do it to take the key themes of the various due diligence reports and pull together a plan to implement any proposals. I’m not quite sure if we will manage to deliver everything within 100 days but I’m hopeful that we will be able to make some progress. 

Our first full board meeting will take place later on this month.

Apart from the board meeting we have some new sites to visit and then I have a one to one with one of my team to round off my week.

I’m heading back to Chesire tomorrow morning to spend the weekend with my family.
