After achieving our highest sales day this year the warm weather has given way to rain and the forecasts tell me that it’s likely to rain all day which is not good.
I’m spending a chunk of my day working from my local car dealership as my car goes in for its service today, I have lots to keep me occupied with including preparation for our upcoming managers brief.
We completed on our second new site of the year yesterday and have received heads of terms on another new site so things are moving along on the property front.
