Apart from my frustration with the weather life here at Vital is pretty good at the moment. We have a strong team both within the support center and in shops, the engagement level is higher than at any time I have been here which input down to the structure and support which is now in place.
We are about to launch our latest staff opinion survey and I’m looking forward to hearing about how people feel. I appreciate that we have a way to go as sickness and turnover stats are improving they are still too high for my liking. Our greatest challange is around giving people the hours they need as our business is all about lunchtime, having said this as our new shops open we will be giving exporting staff first chance as taking in full time contracts which should hopefully give people a boost.
