Our app goes into love testing today and we have our fingers crossed that everything works smoothly. We now have a plan in place for the migration of our Club Vital members which will take place over the coming weeks and as part of this we will be offering our loyal customers an incentive to move away from the swipe card.
Our new loyalty scheme is more generous than the old one and for the first time you will be able to collect loyalty points when you either click and collect or have food delivered. We have als made changes to our delivery service and have partnered with City Sprint who will take care of the logistics and ensure that we will be able to deliver to you right across lunchtime. We have high hope that we will really be able to grow this part of our business and are working hard on promoting it.
