It’s nearly 8pm and I still have a 30 minute journey home. It’s been a frustrating day but I have just about taken it in my stride (I hope) and have got to the end of the day feeling that I have made a difference.
What’s really encouraging is that sales are picking up and that delivery sales are doing well as we are on for another record sales week with Deliveroo.
Tomorrows diary looks a little scary with lots of meetings/calls and with little time to draw breath.
