Yesterday was extremely mild and as a consequence our stores were packed. Given the recent cold snap and bout of tube and rail strikes I feel that we were due some good luck!
What was really pleasing about yesterday (apart from the great sales) was the customers response to the improvements that we have made in both delivery and breakfast.
What is also good is the number of people who are now signing up to our Club Vital loyalty scheme.
On the agenda for today is signing off on next seasons salads as we now have all hands on deck in preparation for our April launch.
