It’s a typical Monday morning which means my usual early start. I have a number of meeting in the diary and my main focus for today is to ensure that we close everything down properly prior to the Easter break. With so much fresh food we could end up with a lot of waste on our hands if we aren’t careful.
I also have some work to do on new stores but ahead of that is the small matter of a 3 hour drive
