No work today as I’m going to be out and about spending some time with my son, the theme of the day is trains!
Work wise I’m going to be spending time tomorrow planning the week ahead as we have some important work to do prior to my holiday in August, I’ve promised myself that I won’t be taking either my work phone or laptop and that’s a promise that I intend to keep!
We are busy planning a trip to the US in the Autumn to check out what’s going on in New York as I have always found the US a year or so ahead of us in terms of food trends and it will be good to see what’s up and coming.
