I’ve had a lot on my mind over the last 18 months, my ups and downs have been well documented via this blog so I won’t dwell on them. Sadly when I’m stressed I tend to eat more which means that my weight has ballooned in recent months which is not a state of affairs that I am happy with so after a number of false starts it really is time to do something about this situation. I will keep you posted as to progress.
